I truly do not understand the negative reviews this hotel attracts. I have stayed many times and never encountered any issues. The shuttle is on time and efficient. The front desk staff are friendly and competent. The rooms are large and clean with good water pressure in the bathroom. They offer shuttle service to the cruise port as well as the airport. What User doesn't like about Moto's Cafe:
Artichoke spinach dip tasted only of old frozen spinach, and was cold in the middle. And I don't know why they put tomatoes in a Caesar salad, but even then I wish they hadn't been old ones. Very disappointing. read more.

"Really good cafe con leche. It is also my first time trying this drink.The staff was kind enough to explain to me that it is like an espresso but with sugar added to the mix before the shot is dripped, basically a sweetened shot. I ordered an iced cafe con leche and had that with oat milk because I want to treat myself. Drink ended up being $9.5 which is the most expensive I have paid for one single coffee lol. They added $1 for oat milk and $1 for decaf... Crazy prices...Space is small but quite cute and the noise level is quite low. You can talk or work there. They also have a small pastries case with croissants."

"Absolutely delicious food, the service was amazing, the place is very beautiful and well themed. It was my first time going and I definitely want to return because everything was so good I have to go back! If you want delicious ramen for a good price i definitely recommend this place! Bonus is that there is an authentic Asian market right next to it which you can buy an assortment of things. This place was too good!"
