Dr. Limon on US1 exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was absolutely delicious, with everything tasting incredibly fresh. The ambiance perfectly complemented the dining experience, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. I had the regular fish Ceviche. It tasted great but they put too much cilantro on top. Then I asked for Tostones to compliment the ceviche. Again too much cilantro on Tostones while unnecessary. My mother ordered the Crab Salad over Tostones. Thank God she loves cilantro. I know its a Peruvian thing. But they should cut it down. I told my server I didn't want potato in my Ceviche.
