I grew up in this area and when I travel to see family friends, I stop at this dunkin' location. I must give a great review for the young man that works in the driver-thru in the early AM he's always customer friendly and has great patience. View all feedback.

really bad. their doors were closed so I went through the line to the drive. I waited for about 40 minutes or so, and when I finally got order, they had nothing of what I wanted. I had to hand out empty. unbelievable. View all feedback.
always close before planned closing time. that's my third time when I get to this place because my children wanted to donuts before I went home.
dunkin donuts on 62nd Street and 12. ave. very good customer service with a smile. I was so impressed that I taped $10. great job. atmosphere: 5/5
