What User doesn't like about El Novillo:
The decor is fun. They started strong, but our friend shrimp was not well cooked, which can cause an allergy, then nobody could find the waiter for 20 minutes. The other friend well made Steak was raw in several parts. For a restaurant that works so many people there, someone might have corrected something before we were frustrated.
