I can always tell how good a Cuban restaurant is by the quality of their Boliche (Cuban Pot Roast). Based on this parameter and by the way I am Cuban having eaten this dish all over the world where it's offered. This dish was a disappointment as it was simply a dry cooked piece of meat with a brown sauce they made on the side and then spooned on top.
