Hooters - Miami

I'm not a big salad eater, but the Chicken Ceaser salad here is the exception. The chicken is tender, all the greens are fresh and a big shout out to my server friend, Karla, who always greets me like family and makes sure anything I order has beenprepared to my liking. I Some of the other servers should take notes from this young lady on how to properly attend toyourcustomers. Other than that, I love this Hooters.

These girs take forever to notice you to take your order. I mean why else would I be sitting at a table. You can see them all at the bar on their phones. The wings are good and consistent year after year.

Atmosphere and food was good, would have been a better review except they have zero vegan options. When my wife asked the only answer was a salad and fries. The bathrooms could use a cleaning bad, an employee came in, floors wet and trash everywhere. Hejust walked out and did nothing.

Service usually takes a bit long; however, tonight I left the restaurant after seating there for 40 minutes without anyone noticing that we were there. I asked one of the girls for help and she said they are coming and that was it. My daughter and Iwere invisible. A couple came in and sat down 10 minutes after us right on the next table and they took their order. The onlyreason why I am not giving it 1 star is because in other occasions the service has been better. It is a Monday night, it was notthat busy.
