Out of all the local locations, this one by far does not mess up orders. Employees are always patient and kind to customers in taking orders and attending to their need in a timely order, they are under staffed but they have shown a very big team work on a daily routine and I recommend to drive to this one just to always get heard and taken care of View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
The chicken here is often overcooked and dry. I understand that the place is in construction, but that should not affect the quality... The journey through is always busy, and often waiting times are longer than expected. View all feedback.
