As a Starbucks loyal customer I am giving up on what use to be my favorite store. The staff continues to be friendly but I come for coffee. All I wanted was a dry cappuccino, but for my last 5 visits they can?t seem to know the difference between it and a latte. Too much money to be teaching a barista this. View all feedback.
