McCalisters doesn't feel like a deli beyond getting your order in at the counter. It's freshly made food and just delicious. I had a Cuban Sandwich that was one of the best I've had. So disappointed. Waited 45+ minutes for three sandwiches and left without even receiving our food. It took so long that we requested a refund. The manager was rude and could’ve cared less about the terrible service she/staff provided. So lazy disappointing. Don’t waste your time at this location until it’s under new management.
