"I haven't eaten from here several times, however last night was one of the worst experiences ever. Me and husband go for dinner and when the waitress comes over she's talking super fast like she's in a rush, mind you it wasn't that busy. She's very short with us but bring our drinks, then appetizer and then our dinners. However we had no silverware to eat with, we finally get her attention and ask for silverware she says ok walks away goes to the bar then walks right past with silverware in her hand and her face in her phone walks to the front then comes back and puts the silverware on the table and doesn't say anything. She later came and checked on us then asked if we wanted the bill, we said yes, waited about 10 minutes as she never came back to bring us the bill but yet hear her talking to the cooks about taking a shot, she then is going to walk past again and I stopped and asked for the bill again, then she brings it back to us and just puts it on the table and doesn't say anything. I'm sorry but it was just horrible, we have dined in there many times and gotten take out and never ever was the service that horrible. I don't know if they have new management or what because we have never had to deal with that from this place. Even the girl at the front counter is rude and doesn't do her job properly. Ordered take out a couple of weeks ago and was left on hold at first and when I called back it was busy so go in there as it was getting close to closing, waited got home and got no chips for my guacamole and salsa (really? The service has just gone down really really bad here and it's too bad because we order from them often but unfortunately not anymore. They are rude, have no people skills, and don't want to do their basic job but expect a tip. Sorry but no don't think so....."

"Delicious food, generous portions, attentive service! I thought the food was pricy at first, but changed my mind when the food came out! It is high quality food in big bowls. We also loved the fries crispy, delicious seasoning, and comes with a marvelous garlic aioli dip. The server and chef were both very attentive and thoughtful. We ordered chicken shawarma bowls for ourselves and fries for our toddler (iykyk) and the chef stepped out to our table to warn us that the seasoning on the fries might be a little spicy. He made the fries plain and then gave us seasoning on the side so we could still enjoy it. Very enjoyable experience, would eat here all the time if we lived in town!Dietary restrictions: Make sure to vocalize your dietary restrictions. The menu items don't list the dishes' contents. I forgot to say I am dairy free and got feta on my bowl. Not their fault, it's on me to communicate my restrictions! I was able to pick around the feta no problem."

"From Columbus, Ohio and came to northern Indiana to go to Indiana Dunes National Park. Rain held us off from hiking a lot, so we decided to go to some breweries. Over the last few days, we went to 5 different breweries and Burn ‘Em is by far the best, both people wise and beer wise!! If you’re in the northern area of Indiana, I highly suggest you stop by and get a flight or pick up your favorite 4 pack of beer!"

"Did not order pizza. My order was intentional to evaluate overall quality: meatball appetizer, breadsticks, and house salad. Meatballs were the best part of my dining experience. The sliced baguette served with meatballs was stale. Marinara with breadsticks was cold, and the (pizza crust) breadsticks were ordinary at best. The salad portion was large, consisting of lettuce topped with sliced red onions and parmesan cheese, and cubed tomatoes on the side. Overall, the salad lacked crunch. All lettuce was wilted, as if dressed hours before serving. The atmosphere is quaint, which I often enjoy, but not equipped to manage the 30+ minutes waiting line for service or parking. I was seated on the front patio, which had a direct view of the wait line and a very sad barrier wall. Front end staff could turn phone ringer volume down. Given the demand, the flow at this restaurant would be better served by reservations and/or a take-out window. Given the poor quality of salad, I recommend better management. This business seems successful, but I found it entirely disappointing. Do not intend to return or recommend.
