I came in, cold cold cold after I locked myself -2 grad celsius). I wanted to buy a hot chocolate. the employees were amazing at a time when I felt vulnerable and I could not recommend this branch anymore. they talked to me and helped me stay warm while I waited to go home. also the hot chocolate was delicious! Always love going to Costa as my children love getting a drink and cake.
