A family group of 8 went on the Santa Special on the Bluebell Railway. We had a great trip and afterwards looked for somewhere to have lunch and chill. We came upon the Railway Tavern and were made welcome by Hannah who was happy to prepare a space for our group. The service was excellent as were the drinks and food. Visited with husband (vegetarian) and another couple. Only serve burgers but no vetetarian option. When asked about this was told, there's grass outside and a Macdonalds down the road if you want vegetarian. Not the kind of answer we expected, especially if you want to keep customers.
