I selected Delivery and was told the approx. time that it would be delivered to my house where my family was hungry and waiting on it to arrive. Normally we love Papa John's. We ordered last night and the wait estimate was 35-45 minutes. Totally doable. But. We didn't get our pizza for an hour and 20 minutes after I'd ordered. Which seems kind of ridiculous. The pizza was barely warm when we gotit. I don't know if that's the outsourcing to door dash or what, but it was a disappointment. View all feedback.
