"The Inn has quickly become a favorite place to stay in Vermont, while skiing or hiking in the Mad River Valley. Accommodations are cozy and welcoming, analogous to having excellent chocolate chip cookies available at all times in a cookie jar in the hallway upstairs. Breakfast here is included and fantastic. Highly recommend planning to have dinner (or at least cocktails) here, as well. Every course has been stellar in the 5 meals we have had here! Laura Mack, manager of the bar and events, is a particular delight and very talented mixologist and ice cream creator (lulu ice cream, rated best in VT). We plan to return here again and again for the ambiance and unbeatable hospitality!"
