I purchased sausages and chips on Tuesday evening. The sausages were tasty, but the chips were cold and soggy. When I complained, the staff made excuses instead of addressing the issue. It is unacceptable to sell subpar food to customers. It's a shame that they value two pounds more than retaining a customer, especially when there are many other options nearby. View all feedback.
