What Shannon Cuddy doesn't like about Louisianne's Etc.:
The menu sounds intriguing. My issue was that it's like the food and plating (as you can tell by the pictures) is from the 1980's and has never been updated to today's standards. There was an overall lack of seasoning and spices on every dish. I went in expecting soul food but instead got bland dishes filled with dried parsley or cheese garnishes on the plate. Excellent Cajun food. Don't skip on the pulled pork crepes, an appetizer you won't see anywhere else. I had the tasso and shrimp fettuccine. I could have eaten a bowl of the mushrooms and sauce that came with that dish. View all feedback.
