"Had to have some Louisville BBQ. Had the ribs, brisket, pork chicken wings. The best was the wings, crispy and great sauce. The ribs were glazed perfectly, but the first one was a bit dry. Onion strings were great. Pork and brisket were good but notmemorable."

"I have been wanting to try this place for over a year but I don 't live in close proximity. Made plans to be in the area to visit another establishelment and remembered this place was going to be nearby. I am so glad I finally made it in. The menu online looks yummy. I was in the mood for Oxtails but when I saw the Jerk Chicken Spaghetti online it was speaking to me. I tried it and was not disappointed! I gave it FIVE well deserved stars. I 'll admit, it is a TAD bit spicy for ME, but that is just my opinion. Keep in mind this is coming from a person that doesn 't generally eat spicy food anyway. So, if you like spicy this is right up your alley. However, I would definitely order again. Since this visit, I 've already made my way back again and had the Rasta Pasta. Both dishes are heavenly and come drizzled with a house-made OHH YEEAHH sauce!! You 've got to get you some of that!They offer dine-in, carry out, and use several delivery platforms in case you don 't want to leave the house.Customer service was great. The woman that took my order was engaging and took time to explain any questions I had about the menu. I highly recommend this place. ??"

"Shalimar is by far my favorite place in town! I’ve been coming here since 2001 and have literally never been disappointed. The incredible food is just one piece of the experience. Your water glass will never be empty, and if you’re a regular like me, the chai may meet you at the table before you even sit down. My husband and I have brought our daughter here since she was in a baby carrier and she’s a high school freshman now- they know her by name and if she isn’t with us they always ask how she is. Settle in at Shalimar if you are looking for delicious food, and friends who treat you like family!"

"We came to the truck show in Louisville. We've never been here, so it was a new experience. I started flying local beers. That was great to say the least. We have the soft pulp as an appetizer. Super good, and soft pretzels with a diving sauce. We chose a “White Pie” and added Portobello mushrooms. To-die-for!"

"Don't Worry Be Happy As the country peaked with COVID I began a battle with thyroid cancer. Luckily the country is moving into normalcy as my cancer treatments continue. With a thyroid and 17 cancerous tumors removed, my wife and I are happily celebrating 40 years of marriage. It falls between the Iodine-131 treatment and a month of daily radiation treatments. Joan has been a real trooper and I wanted to celibate with something special but more importantly something normal. We always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse and knew they would accommodate us. We went early to minimize ambient noise. As expected they made Frankenstein's creature feel at home. My tender reconstructed voice was not a problem. Food was perfect as always. No rushed feeling. Exceptional service. We had a great time reminiscing our lives and planning future adventures. If the good Lord willing, we hope to be back celebrating another successful round of treatments. Thank you Erick and Texas Roadhouse for a slice of good old-time normalcy in these crazy times."

"Good pizza overall. There is a variety of crust and topping options for a build your own pizza. We love coming here cause it’s comparable to other fast pizza places and we get whatever we want. There is no topping limit! They do offer a non build your own menu that includes desserts. The building is usually clean and employees are usually very nice and helpful!"

"I love the food at this restaurant. It is farm to table and it shows. There are just too many problems that can not be over looked. If there are more than 6 tables with people at them, turn around and go elsewhere. The service breaks down and you can sit for 40 minutes without your order being taken. That was our LAST experience. The staff is very nice, kind of like a 50's movie where a bunch of students decide to run a ski lodge. If I had already eaten it would be funny. My other issue is that the description on the menu may not match what you get. I am not talking about spice level or an unfamiliar dish. I am talking about something simple. I ordered Tandoori Chicken. Whole $20, Half $15. A fair price. I ordered a Whole Chicken. I was surprised when my Whole chicken had 3 wings and 4 legs but no breasts. We do not live in an area known for mutant chickens. When I asked for an explanation I was told the menu means whole or half order. I tried explaining that every other restaurant I had ever been to defined whole and half chicken differently or explained that it was not a whole or half bird, the owner blew me off. Blow off this restaurant. There are other choices."
