Amazing little bakery in Middletown. I heard great things before she opened. I really wish this had been in Adamstown, but it will be worth the short ride. She's open to Wed, Sat and Sun. We went to Croissant Day Saturday. She had everything from sweet to savory. Cookies and Baklava. Yums: Probably everything, but we have almond, chocolate and Nutella cream croissants.
