Worst mistake ever was going to Ford News! I even felt like Google reviews are never to be trusted! We did go in the peak hours on a Sunday, but they got our order wrong with burnt chocolate chip pancakes and potatoes! They even brought someone else’s order on to our table and took it away when they realized it wasn’t ours! Not even a refill of coffee was offered!
