Desperate need of management.I was told to pick up in twenty minutes and went in at the time I was told. I stood there for atleast 5 min and eventually someone asked me if I was picking up. I said my name and everyone was confused and they had to just start my order because the ticket got lost. Then my sandwhich came out to $19.25 which is crazy high.
