"The service was amazing! My family and I love going to outback but tonight was awesome! We had a nice man greet us at the door and show us to our seat. And actually this time my steak was a little undercooked than usual so I asked for it to be cooked slightly longer and everyone was so nice. The manager even came back to check on us and the service was just great in general. We will definitely be coming back soon!"

"Note: I've only had delivery. I hate to give such a low rating, especially since a year ago the food was tasty, and customer service was good. Unfortunately, maybe in the last 6 months ? the quality of the food hasn't been on point. I had ordered twice during that possible time frame, today being the most recent. The first time, the pad thai was overly sweet. Admittedly, I forgot to omit peanuts in my order as that's just not my cup of tea. But the peanuts was the least of the problems. I DID enjoy my first lemongrass hot and sour soup though! I've been hooked ever since. The second time, I ordered hibachi meals. MUCH MUCH MUCH TOO SALTY!!! I've had their hibachi meals prior, and they were delicious! This time around, I couldn't finish and actually trashed the meal--and I can't STAND throwing out food! I ate the lemongrass soup afterwards bc I was still hungry. Unfortunately, my palate was confused due to the terribly salted hibachi meal, and I couldn't enjoy the soup. I'm sad bc I really used to enjoy this restaurant. Did the chef or management change?"
