I was clearly having a bad morning on the morning of November 3rd the young girl working outside could tell when I ordered my coffee. When I went to the window to pick it up they said the coffee was on them and hope my day is better. This made my day and clearly shows we still have good people! Thank you!!! Literally the worst starbucks experience we have ever had. We ordered 2 drinks, and a scone and a cranberry bliss bar. We used our personal cups as always, one a cold drink cup, the other a hot drink cup. 3 times they screwed up my wife's drink, (the first 2 times it was completely the wrong drink) and we finally told them to just forget it, we would simply take the drink they had screwed up.
