Having visited many bbq places Youngs BBQ has disappointed. Brisket like another review said) tasted like crock pot pork shoulder. If you like a smokey taste or seasoning to your bbq meat this place isnt for you. I prefer a cherry smoked flavor to my bbq off the coals in Easton is number one).
