What Missouri Hammes likes about Explorer's Cafe:
This little gem is down a little alleyway off the main street. We had a difficult choice of appetizers and went with the brie with raspberries and almonds, excellent, the brie was just perfect gooey. For dinner I had the fish that was so fresh and done perfectly. The vegetables were large and nicely done. With that it is very filling. The best was the white wine sangria, I would love this recipe. An very nice evening out.
