What Lisa Ratkovich doesn't like about Dunkin':
Absolutely horrible service and the manager Tom is in no way helpful. He has a horrible attitude and makes many excuses for his favorite employees. I will never return again after today's incident. Take the drive to crestwood for good correct service and no attitude but you will get a nice big smile. View all feedback.
