"Had a line out the door yet all employees were cheerful and kind. 30-40 minute wait for breakfast but it was well worth it. My partner and I both got 2 breakfast meals and they were so tasty! 4 big meals for $36. We both enjoyed viewing all the vinyls and articles while we waited. A special place for sure."

"Walt from Walt's Adventures reporting from Mariposa, California.My adventuring party saw a small chalkboard sign for the Hideout Saloon. We choose to venture forth to seek out the Hideout. We followed the small signs off the main street, down a stairway and onto an outside eating area. We were welcomed as family upon entering the saloon. The entire establishment was covered with dollar bills with each one from previous patrons and each one had different signatures or messages. The food, as described by the pictures, were some of the best food we had the honor of eating. Their menu was extensive but, unlike other restaurants, this eatery was not a restaurant... it was a Saloon. It was not a bar nor a pub but had the pleasure of referring itself to its highest level name, a saloon. I awarded the Hideout 5 stars because I was not allowed to give it 6. If you ever are walking around a town and see a small sign for an eatery, give it a chance. In doing so today, we saw that the town of Mariposa held within its history... a gem. It was called The Hideout Saloon."

This subway feels like a regular subway in a regular suburb or city. So there is something familiar to you, in a place that can be a little strange for you (if you are used to the city life like me)."
