Awesome, awesome and more awesome! Looking for a great lunch near the Las Vegas convention center, and we found it! So many great authentic Mexican dishes on the menu, it was tough to choose; but landed on the Barbacoa nachos because we wanted to keep lunch somewhat light… yet, walked away full and satisfied! What ALMA MAGAÑA doesn't like about La Barbacoa:
The service is bad because they are abusive with the tip as they have almost no clients who see you and want to take whatever they want as a tip. Furthermore, the food they gave us was horrible cold and the older rice seemed to have been left for days. At least we now know where NOT to go again. View all feedback.
Great service, and all. All though the food was mid. The Consome was very salty. Not very good imo.
Came in from NYC, looking for local Vegas hidden gems. This was best spot I found my whole trip great food great service recommend everyone come visit!!
We had a great meal and even better service (if that's possible! Rosie, our server, was an absolute delight, and the food was delicious! It's completely worth the drive to try it out. I highly recommend the chicken tacos and Mexican bowls! Mmmm

Super friendly service and delicious flavors. Plenty of parking, and the prices are more than fair. There are several vegetarian options try the chile rellano! Also, loved that you are served three salsas with your food!
