Located in the Palms Casino, you'll find Mabel's BBQ by Michael Symon. Service was awesome and it's a huge restaurant if you you have a large party. Food: Cucumber Salad Pork Belly Burnt Ends Crackling Pork Rinds Sauces were also yummy. I liked the sweet BBQ and Cleveland mustard mixed. What Shabby Rose Creations by Kem doesn't like about Mabel's Bbq:
Made our reservations online, easy enough. Lighting was extremely dim, which made photo taking awful. Food was pretty good, however...... Asked for containers and lids to bring our food home. They had zero lids, as well as zero bags. Extremely odd to say the least. So we had to carry around two containers the rest of the night.
