I was nervous when they changed the menu with their rebrand to Sushi Bros, and don’t get me wrong, there are a few dishes I really miss (goodbye, brisket gyoza and tuna truffle roll… . That being said, their AYCE menu is great. Everything they do here they do to perfection, down to the housemade soy sauce and pickled ginger. Came here on a whim cause it was nearby at the time. The place is small but cute. Not super busy or loud, pretty quiet. The server was friendly but hardly attentive.
