What Madeline Williamsen doesn't like about Jamba:
Came in and tried to buy a small smoothie. They said you could only buy a medium or large because they ran out of small lids…. I asked if I could just get a small amount in a medium size cup and still pay for the small they said no…. Why is the customer forced to pay for a larger size when it’s not their fault?
