Lobby Lounge - Midway

I love this place so much. I'm here several times. Love it! The rooms were extra clean, the TV channels and the TV system sucked, but all the other in the resort was really good, except for the extremely long walk to the pool, because the accessibility was not available because they did not shove the snow. It was great.

Our family stayed here for a Nordic Skiing competition nearby. When you go to the lobby, it feels (and sees) like a pretty place. But we stayed in another building that wasn't almost so beautiful. The room was comfortable (big) although it felt so much extra furniture stuffed in this tiny room I was unnecessary. One of the lamps in our room did not work, so harder to read for the night. Overall, it felt just more like a budget motel at a steeper cost.

Zermatt Resort and Spa is a great place to stay at Heber Valley Railroad. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at Zermatt Resort and Spa was friendly and helped me enjoy my visit.

This was our second visit to Midway and our first stay in Zermatt. The hotel was just what I expected with a great winter feeling. The dishes on site are great and our Villa Suite was perfect for our relaxing stay

Shower had poor pressure and the many of the things seemed dated. Difficult to get refills for coffee and amenities. Front desk seemed as it was a job when I checked in...wasn't welcoming. Overall, the hotel is pleasant but quite dated and it would be more pleasant if the staff was more enthusiastic.
