What Pilar F doesn't like about Concept45:
The restaurant is just the lobby bar of the hotel, in fact, you can perfectly see who is leaving or entering the hotel. We ordered a starter to share (vegetable spheres) which was tasteless. Then we ordered the 2 pax Mixed Fried Fish with Vegetables, which was a total disappointment. There were a few tiny small pieces of dry fish, 1 shrimp (for a 2 people dish) and it was totally cold.
