What User likes about Kowa:

What User doesn't like about Kowa:
the service is quite bad (if we sat we chose 3 dishes and during the order of the waiter told us that they were not available). the dishes are not what they seem (e.g. pecking duck is an unconventional fry without wraps) and the barman has no idea what he is talking about when it comes to whiskys. on the other side, the location is beautiful, although the music is disturbing and is far too loud.
