What User doesn't like about Kowa:
food quality is not as good as before, and it is very too expensive for it now. the quality has been falling extremely since the last year. the service was ok. I hope it will improve again. View all feedback.

we had to wait long for the first course and the lobster I ordered was cold, at least they were nice and gave us a good discount.
Lovely time at KOWA, with gorgeous food and ambience. Prices are expensive but comparative to the restaurant’s surroundings and ambience.
