Made an order for a cake delivery within Milan but didn't get any delivery on time. When tried to contact the bakery to solve the problem they pretended they don't speak English anymore. Though when I was making an order they did perfectly both by phone and by email. The delivery was pre-paid as I am staying abroad so no chance to get my money back.
