We eat outside whenever we can ... had been to Harley's previously to eat on patio, returned on a sunny afternoon but little disappointed, umbrellas too high, I like sun but rest of our party would have liked more shade. When the weather is pleasant you can also eat and drink outside, And into the accessible rooms also come customers with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

What User doesn't like about Harley's Pub and Perk:
Dropped in this afternoon-2:30 pm for coffee & to have their famous butter tarts. We were there for 5 minutes, 1 staff walked in 2x's- no acknowledgement, 2 other staff-no acknowledgement whatsoever. I guess we were invisible. We left & went across to Sandy's Restaurant & happily served immediately. read more.

Good place to eat we drive from another town 40 min

Unfortunately we were a party of 18 and our waitress was pretty new so we expected some hiccups but when you have 2 people waiting almost 10 min for their meal...
