Small main serves and not spicy enough. Despite asking for Aussie medium couldn't taste chilli. Tip - ask for hot if you want medium. Nice decor, clean and friendly attentive staff. Reasonably priced. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Daawat:
Thought we would try this place again with their new take-away menu. The food was ready at the requested time, but when we got home the food was messy. We ordered #10 Veg Platter and #18 Daawat Fusion Platter. They were put separately into "hot chicken" bags so when we got home the pieces were messy. The restaurant should put their takeaways into aluminium trays with lids so that one can eat easily from the container... View all feedback.
Perfect for big meals or a quick bite. Offers a variety of Indian dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Great value for the price!
We were looking for a restaurant with good vegetarian choices and found the perfect spot. The service was excellent, attentive, and quick. The cozy dining area was small but charming. We chose to sit outside. The food was delightful and had interesting flavors. The Pakora and Samosa were fantastic, and the bread was beautiful. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit.
The meal and service were excellent. The restaurant had a great atmosphere. We were traveling through and had limited options on a Sunday evening, but we were pleasantly surprised by our meal. We wished that this restaurant was located on the NSW coast near Kiama.
The staff was really pleasant. Restaurant fit-out is nice. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Open on late Sunday night, which is great!
OMG delicious, everything about the meal was so tasty. Tandoori chicken, fish curry, salad, main, samosa, rice, raita and minted yoghurt and very kind service We will 100% return.
