Potentially the best Vietnamese rolls outside the CBD. Definitely the best for a very wide radius. Wait times are often long at lunch, but with good reason. Every variety of roll offered is wonderful, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and prices are low to the point of maybe being unfair to the owners.
