"Slow, cold, filthy! After taking 15 min, (I was the only one in the lobby for 10 min). The entire lobby is filthy, imagine how the parts you can't see looks?! After the long wait I left only to find my order was wrong. If you want a side of ecoli give them a shot, if notId go elsewhere. UPDATE!!! Got some food poisoning from this Arby's, you should really go elsewhere! Update!!! You might see these negative reviews and then see a response from management saying to reach out to them because they care. I sent them an email upon receipt of their response. Guess what they never responded to the email I sent, so theiy only post that response to try and appear to give a darn about their customers. I will never be a customer again. "Was looking at good reviews of this place but, was overall not impressed. Kung pao chicken was bland and very little rice was given for two entrees. Hard to believe someone said this is the best Chinese food they've ever had. Egg rolls were the only good thing we ordered. Also, way too expensive for two entrees and three egg rolls."

"At 2:45 on Fri Aug 26....as I stood in line waiting to order...the guy at the cash register took orders and ...and not once did he say thank you to his customers. Same thing wirh me...even though I said thank you after he took my order and again when I received it. Management needs to train better.."

"Mom went thru the drive thru. We are not impressed. We had a big order of 3 6 pack and a pound . She did have to drive a 8 minute drive home. But all the tacos were cold to the touch, and when she ordered she ordered 2 normal and 1 hot set. We got all normal tacos. Also we get that the person in front of my mom also had a big order and something went wrong but mom still had to wait another 15-20 minutes just to get cold food. We are not happy."
