"Slow, cold, filthy! After taking 15 min, (I was the only one in the lobby for 10 min). The entire lobby is filthy, imagine how the parts you can't see looks?! After the long wait I left only to find my order was wrong. If you want a side of ecoli give them a shot, if notId go elsewhere. UPDATE!!! Got some food poisoning from this Arby's, you should really go elsewhere! Update!!! You might see these negative reviews and then see a response from management saying to reach out to them because they care. I sent them an email upon receipt of their response. Guess what they never responded to the email I sent, so theiy only post that response to try and appear to give a darn about their customers. I will never be a customer again.
