What Roger Eiser doesn't like about Dunkin':
In the past year their espresso machine has been working maybe 2 to 3 days a week. I go twice a day everyday. There’s been a high turnover of employees and service is very indirect and not friendly. New ownership or management…idk. Either way I’m going elsewhere from now on View all feedback.
They work were rude, and they rushed me well, ordering my food they didn't even give me the top of my grilled cheese. The mini bagel I order were also cold.
