"This location was totally disorganized and the staff were very slow with 1 exception. The drive through lane that I pulled into had a young woman taking orders and she was extremely slow... she repeated everything back to you in a very slow very low tone.On the other hand the young man running the other lane was quickly getting cars through his lane and had a nice happy highenergy spirit to him. After placing my order I went onto the next person who takes your name to ensure the orders are in correctorder based on when they were taken.... he was also slow and then tried to get me to add a gallon of tea to my order. Notcool... and made the line ahead much slower. When I finally got to the window my coffee did not look good, my food was alreadycold and fries were droopy. ???? I was given about 6 containers of chic-fil-a sauce though.... so that was nice! Overall justnot a great experience."
