What Dan Herrick doesn't like about Gusto Trattoria:
Definitely a top notch Italian restaurant. However, I felt they are slacking on the presentation. An easy fix. My Veal Parmigian was very good and an overly fair portion. The angel hair pasta was presented poorly so that ruined it. The other dish was achicken ???? mushroom dish. The chicken was moist and good texture, however, the sauce had a bitter taste to it. Very polite, courteous, professional staff. The food is great, particularly the cheese wheel with pappradelle pasta which is only available on Tuesday evening. I haven’t been in a few years and I was totally missing out. The food is incredible, the prices are very reasonable, and the service was my favorite part! The home made bread with garlic oil was delicious, as was the meatball special! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
