I eat at this location a lot because of its tasty subs and proximity to work. Typically, in and out in under 8-10mins regardless of how busy it is. But yesterday, with the store empty. It took them 20minutes to make 1 chicken Philly. I understand everyone needs to train people on the less busy times, but there should have been someone to step in to assist the pour guy.
