Poor service. We were not asked which option of afternoon tea, although there was 3 choices on the menu. We had to ask what teas were available after being given the choice of tea or coffee. We were not asked if we had any dietary requirements. Food we received was good but we were intending to choice different options. It was a treat for my Mother's birthday and we left feeling dissappointed. View all feedback.
