"Nice modern cafe, very busy. Had cappuccino with Italian panini, Turkey Brie panini and blueberry crumble. Liked Turkey Brie panini, loved blueberry crumble, crunch on top not too sweet, it was perfect. Will definitely go back and try other pastries."

"The food is delicious and all organic, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the vibe is so full of life and community. The Garage is a dearly beloved local spot, and for good reasons. The cafe is really a bustling centre-point of the Cowichan community, and there is always something new to try, always an interesting conversation to be had in the beautiful new seating area at the back of the restaurant. The Garage is reminiscent of European-style indoor markets, with a bookstore, art gallery and salon space sharing the building. Thank you to all of the dedicated hardworking folks who provide such an essential offering to our community, we love you guys!"
