"The taller, slim guy with dark hair treats some customers way better than others. He 's not rude, per se, but it 's a little humiliating to be talked to so abruptly and short, while treating the next person like a princess. Such as: Being greeted as soon as they walk in. Conversation at counter. Thank you so much for coming in! ? Shares laughs, actually hands them drinks and grabs straws and napkins, ? communicates so gently. Then waves farewell so pleasently....While we get whats your order? Whip cream? mumbles and pushes us off. Sets drink on counter, and nonchalantly/quietly calls out number then walks away. ?? I have been there alone, and with family having a good time just smiling..treated the same everytime by him"

"This place has more variety of vegan doughnuts than I've seen for a while and a nice mix of plain and interesting flavours. We tried a bunch and they were all pretty good although you could tell they were vegan (texture always slightly different? but very fresh and tasty. I really liked the chocolate ones. It's a shame they have dairy milk for coffee and you have to specify if you don't want it. The coffee however was surprisingly good (it's America and good latte art."

"You can never go wrong with Seattle's crispiest fried chicken! Always hot, always fresh, always delicious! Got there just before close and the cooks and kid working the front still hooked me up. "Actually there are some good food, but very few options. this is a good place when they are with someone who is not vegan. but, it's called homegrown and I just feel like it's not the best marketed. Sounds like it's much more vegan friendly when most of their food has meat in it. it says that sustainable on its label, when meat, including steak, is never sustainable. I come to a point in my vegan journey that places that have some options, but mostly meat, is not somewhere where I often want. definitiw always sick of any “healthy” food place as vegan friendly if this really does not. but also, I live in seattle, so I have a high standard. if they live here, this can only be a handful of places that they can eat, and if that is so, they go for it"

"Amazing from start to finish, apps to dessert. I can't remember ever having a better burger than this one. The wagyu bavette was also perfectly seasoned and cooked. It didn't need the sauces, but they made it even better. Great cocktails and dessert to boot. Make the trip to this place. Go for a walk up at the park after, to burn off some of the meat and booze. You will not regret it."
