"My family and I frequented Odd Fellas for years. We stopped going due to rude customer service and their inability to correctly make our food. We suffer with food intolerances, so a correct order is key. After a year we decided to give it another chance and had a much better, consistent experience. Today, my fiance's gluten-free bun was moldy. Unfortunately, she only realized this after she took a few bites. Sadly, I think this is the last straw for her."

"I was traveling from Vermont to North Carolina. I utilized services that are not typical to Walmart. I wanted lunch and rest and I didn't want to spend a fortune. I purchased a salad that came with a fork that I was also able to use for my dessert. I went out and sat in the employees gazebo and had my lunch. The two employees that I encountered had no problem with me sitting there having my lunch."
