"A big restaurant! Food is excellent and in good proportion, plus a vegan menu (excellent) with a varied choice of dishes is available which is quite rare to emphasize. Public servants are incredibly nice and do good work despite customers who continue to fill the tables (and who understands). A little more for the cook who adapts his dishes to the guests! Personally, it is highly recommended and we will return without hesitation!"

"Living in Aveyron one tends to find that restaurant food tends towards bland and a very traditional Aveyronaise Menu. This restaurant is such a refreshing change with no charcuterie, confits or cassoulets in sight. We chose from the 26 euros menu with an excellent choice from which we ate starters of smoked salmon with goats cheese and horseradish cheesecake and a terrine of roasted vegetables with a poached egg, both served with filo baskets of salad; main dishes of haddock and guinea fowl served with entirely different accompaniments for each and including a fantastic duo of roast and puréed apples with the guinea fowl as well as three other veg and a lovely basil sauce with the fish. There were subtle tastes of unusual herbs and seasoning with each component part which raised the dishes to something extraordinary. The desert trolley was amazing. The house wine is perfectly drinkable and good value at 5.50 a half litre (it was a lunch-time so we did not overindulge).The Express menu at 16 euros seemed excellent value and included wine - many of the customers chose this and ' expressed' their satisfaction to the chef who actually did come out to visit guests and obtain our views.A delightful experience and one I hope to repeat many times more."
