"My wife and I had only one meal in El Cerrito; it was excellent! We are tourists from So Cal, so we regularly eat authentic Mexican dishes. We had Chile Colorado and Chile Relleno. We also had a margarita. The drinks were excellent, given the alcohol laws of Alabama. El Cerrito would be successful everywhere; it is excellent, authentic Mexican cuisine."

"I happened to be here because I wanted a juicy steak and I must say I enjoyed it. We were greeted by a sweet waitress we had to wait 30 minutes... but I have to say it was worth waiting... they were really good I got their mango aromatized margarita it was so good also I got their shrimps naturally for my appetizer it was sooo good and my fav steak .. it was juicy and had the rest back home lol, but I will return to this place."
